BROOKLYN - JULY 01, 2009: Al Kaufman aka "Short Al" poses for a portrait t outside of his apt on July 1, 2009 in Brooklyn. Kaufman used to call in to the radio station WFAN every day. After a fall he went to live with his daughter, and is no longer able to call in. He has a wealth of historical knowledge about baseball and other sports, including boxing.
